Presentation on "Emerging Challenges of E-governance 2009"

This is a PowerPoint presentation made by me in a public lecture on "Emerging Challenges of E-governance Today" delivered by me on Friday, February 20, 2009, at 5-30 p.m. at Indian Institute of Public Administration, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi-110 002. His Excellency Mr Zadi Gbaka Richard, Ambassador of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire to India was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
