Long Arm of Law Reaches Tweeter: U.K. High Court Writ Issues Injunction on Tweeter

According to a news report, Britain's High Court ordered its first injunction via Tweeter on October 1, 2009 saying the social website and micro-blogging service was the best way to reach an anonymous tweeter who had been impersonating someone. Read the news report.
